It is 3 km from the center of Albufeira where you will find beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and lots of entertainment.
Accommodating up to 6 people, this splendid villa comprises 2 floors, the lower floor, the most sociable, with kitchen, dining and living room, two-room bathroom, terrace with barbecue and private pool. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one suite and two others with a bathroom.
The room has 2 environments, the dining room and the living room. The dining area has a table with six seats and a fireplace, the living area has a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a television and a bathroom.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with appliances, refrigerator combined with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, hob, oven and microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle, which guarantee the quality of the cooking your meals.
The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a double sink and a hydromassage bath. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and use the bathroom with a bathtub, common to both bedrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a balcony.
Outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue and 2 sunbeds.
It has cable TV and internet. WIFI Included.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

Casa das Conchas V4, 800mt Praia da Coelha A typical Algarvian house, very welcoming and with a fantastic location, which will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday, as it does not require the car to go to the beach. Located just 800m from Praia da Coelha, this villa consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which are single bedrooms with one bed with 1,20m in each of these rooms, living room and kitchen, three bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue BBQ, garden and private pool. On the ground floor you will find the living room and kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a reading and TV room. The living room has two areas, the living and dining area, the dining area has an 8-seater table supported by the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and in the laundry room you will find the washing machine.
