With a private pool, the Águia Marina villa is located in Cerro da Águia, one of the highest areas of Albufeira.

It is 3 km from the center of Albufeira where you will find beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and lots of entertainment.

Accommodating up to 6 people, this splendid villa comprises 2 floors, the lower floor, the most sociable, with kitchen, dining and living room, two-room bathroom, terrace with barbecue and private pool. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one suite and two others with a bathroom.

The room has 2 environments, the dining room and the living room. The dining area has a table with six seats and a fireplace, the living area has a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a television and a bathroom.

The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with appliances, refrigerator combined with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, hob, oven and microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle, which guarantee the quality of the cooking your meals.

The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a double sink and a hydromassage bath. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and use the bathroom with a bathtub, common to both bedrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a balcony.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

This dwelling is composed of an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with two of them having a balcony, 3 bathrooms with a bathtub on the upper floor and a support bathroom on the lower floor, terrace with swimming pool and has private parking with a garage space on the -1 floor and direct access to the dwelling.

The room has 2 environments, the living area and the dining area. In the living area, you will find the sofa and it is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.

The kitchen has the necessary utensils and crockery for preparing your meals and is equipped with a fridge and freezer, 4-disc electric hob and oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The rooms, all with single beds, en suite with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Two of the rooms with access to the terrace, another with a window.

The capacity of this villa is 6 people. For babies, we have a travel cot and high chair available upon request. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.

The terrace with a swimming pool with good sun exposure and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, ends up being the ideal environment for sunbathing and relaxing.

Adds a value of 30€ per day, temperature between 26-28º. This service must be requested with a minimum of 48h for the water to be able to heat up until your arrival.
