Situated within a family complex, this dwelling comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
Outside, it has a veranda and a spacious children's area with ramps for scooters, bicycles and roller skates, a small football pitch and a playhouse with a slide.
In this outdoor area, private open-air parking is available.
The bedrooms, one en suite with a double bed and another with two single beds supported by the shared bathroom.
Both bathrooms have a shower cubicle.
The American-style kitchen allows you to do your cooking in the company of family and friends by sharing the space with the living room and dining area.
The outdoor space/children's space is common and shared with the neighbouring dwelling, being used by both houses.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.
