Bedroom on the upper floor, with two single beds, capacity for two people and internet access. It has an exclusive bathroom, located outside the bedroom.
The kitchen, living room, swimming pool, garden and barbecue are shared with the other residents. The other bedrooms in the property are rented on an annual basis.
On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, kitchen.
The room has two areas, the living area and the dining area, the living area has a sofa, TV and access to the outside where you will find the swimming pool, garden and barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and electric kettle.
The bedroom is provided with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.
For babies we have available, upon request, travel cot and high chair for meals. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.
Reservations made through Sales Channels and VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years of age. Reservations from people aged between 18 and 25 years will require a deposit of €500, which will be returned after verification of the good condition of the property. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
