The American kitchen is very functional and equipped with the following appliances, induction hobs - vitroceramic, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine that guarantee the quality of your meals.
Two bedrooms equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and a complete common bathroom.
Another bedroom in an annex, equipped with a single bed, wardrobe and a toilet.
The living room consists of a plasma TV and a sofa bed.
This area of the city is peaceful and has everything nearby, including access to Túnel beach, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

A very comfortable place which would accommodate 2 couples and a single person extremely well. Very clean and spacious with all the facilities required, plus a decent sized secluded outdoor courtyard. We soon got used to the walk up the hill to get tsee more
A very comfortable place which would accommodate 2 couples and a single person extremely well. Very clean and spacious with all the facilities required, plus a decent sized secluded outdoor courtyard. We soon got used to the walk up the hill to get to the apartment using the numerous bars and cafes en-route. There is an excellent large restaurant (The Cantina which is favoured by locals) and a very good curry house within 50 metres. Beyond that on the way down the hill there are many bars, restaurants and shops along the walk to the centre of town. Bus stops are very nearby, including sightseeing tours and the local 'train' stops. Despite it's location being close to bars and restaurants it was nice and quiet. Overall very good, and worth a visit. We recommend Sergio's apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thank You Sergio.
