This apartment is located on the 1st floor, has an elevator and consists of an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 1 suite, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and balcony and has private parking with a garage space on the -1 floor.

The room has 2 environments, the living area and the dining area. In the living area, there is a sofa that converts into a double bed and it is equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Between the living area and the kitchenette is the dining table.

The kitchenette is very functional and completely equipped with Zanussi appliances, which guarantee the quality of meal preparation.
When not in use, the kitchenette can be fully closed with sliding doors for greater space comfort.

The rooms, a suite with a double bed and another with four single beds, 3 in bunk beds and 1 in a sofa bed. All of them have shutters to the balcony, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. This apartment has two bathrooms, one that supports the living room and one of the rooms and another private one inserted in the suite room.

The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outdoors with a garden and pool view.

The capacity of this apartment is 6 Adults. For babies, we have a travel cot and high chair available upon request. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.

The common areas of the development most sought after are the gardens and swimming pools, it has leisure areas such as the 7 pools with a Snack-bar supporting the pools, it also has a children's pool located right in front of the bar, so parents can relax while monitoring their children's pool activities, it also has enormous grassy gardens, with olive trees that provide natural shade.

The swimming pools are distributed throughout the development and are a great complement to spend the end of the afternoon after a day at the beach, it is a delicious sensation and the water temperature usually ranges around 24º, satisfying the most sensitive to cold.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.

Bookings made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept bookings from persons under 18 years old. For bookings from persons aged between 18 and 25, a deposit of €300 will be requested, which will be returned after verification of the apartment's good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
