Located in a quiet area, just 2 km from Albufeira, it stands out for its balance of quality and price, an economical option with an excellent location and good levels of comfort, provided by the quality of the apartment and its location.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, a bedroom suite, 2 bathrooms, pantry and a large terrace.
The living room has two distinct areas, the living and dining areas. The living area has 2 sofas, a coffee table and is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. The dining room is close to the kitchen and has a 4-seater dining table with 4 chairs and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the following appliances, fridge, freezer, hob with 4 hotplates, oven, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle and dishwasher and washing machine.
The suite has a double bed, complete bathroom with shower, wardrobe, air conditioning and a large window with access to the garden.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and a private one inserted in the suite with a shower.
This apartment has a maximum capacity for 2 adults. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request. Please note that the travel bed does not include sheets.
The terrace with access to the garden has outdoor furniture, table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors.
The swimming pool has sun loungers and the lawned garden with good sun exposure is perfect for sunbathing.
Maria Luisa Beach is located just a 10 to 15 minute walk away and Albufeira is 2 km away. Nearby you will find several restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
The area is ideal for families and couples who prefer to be close to all amenities, in a peaceful and quiet area, between Olhos de Água and Albufeira, and within walking distance of the beach.
This area of the Algarve coast offers a number of beaches with the Blue Flag, a symbol of quality assurance, Maria Luísa is the closest and is just a walk away. The village has parking.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.
Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
