150m away from Praia do Túnel and downtown Albufeira, close to restaurants and bars, this one bedroom apartment is ideal for those who value accessibility to the beach and at the same time want to discover downtown shopping with great restaurants and bars and terraces in addition to all the services available.
Quality/price is very balanced in this offer, recommendable.
A functional, fully equipped apartment for 3 people. Facing south, it has excellent sun exposure.
It is divided into two floors, downstairs you will find the entrance hall, living and dining room, Kitchenette and a service bathroom. On the top floor is the bedroom suite with a private bathroom and access to the balcony.
The living room has a sofa that converts into a single bed and is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Very functional kitchenette, fully equipped with the following appliances, electric cooker with 4 rings, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric hot water cylinder.
The bedroom has a double bed, bathroom with shower and wardrobe.
This area of the city is peaceful and has everything close by, including access to Túnel beach, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.
The center of Albufeira is increasingly attractive with its terraces, shops and handicrafts and lots of entertainment.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.
Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
